Everyone knows that in every career opportunity there is a sequence of information that needs to be learned and experiences to be had. For example, if you want to become a medical doctor you need a high school diploma, four years of pre-medical school resulting in a Bachelor of Science degree, four years of graduate study at a licensed medical school and 2-5 years internship followed by 2-5 years of residency.
